On the occasion of International Yoga Day 2021, Maa Yog Kripa Seva Samiti organized a community yoga session to spread awareness about the importance of physical and mental well-being through traditional Indian yoga practices.
Amidst the backdrop of the ongoing pandemic and rising stress levels, this event brought a moment of calm and healing to children, women, and elders alike.

The session was conducted in an open, safe environment with all COVID protocols in place β including mask-wearing, distancing, and sanitization.

Yoga is not just a physical exercise β it is a way of living. Through this event, our aim was to introduce the healing science of yoga to underprivileged sections who rarely get access to guided health and wellness practices.
